Bethany R. Russell, Ph.D.
Dr. Russell is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Qualified Supervisor, Therapeutic Play Specialist, and counselor educator. She is the founder of Bethany R. Russell, Ph.D. & Associates, P.A., and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for children, adolescents, and families using diagnostic tools and gold-standard assessments.
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner & Pediatric Mental Health Specialist
Our newest clinical provider brings dual-specialty training as both a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) and a Certified Pediatric Mental Health Specialist (PMHS). Providing 100% virtual telehealth services across Florida, she expands our practice's capabilities to include routine virtual pediatric diagnostics, acute non-emergent triage, and comprehensive developmental-behavioral care. Her clinical focus encompasses ADHD management, adolescent depression and anxiety, sleep hygiene, parent anticipatory guidance, and pediatric weight management (including clinical evaluation and monitoring of GLP-1 therapy for eligible adolescents aged 12+). She operates under formal collaborative physician oversight with our practice Medical Director, working in close clinical alignment with Dr. Russell and our psychotherapy team.
Hector Bode, M.A.
Hector is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, specializing in clinical mental health counseling. He is currently a Doctoral Student at the University of Central Florida studying Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology. He provides evidence-based individual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, first responders, neurodivergent individuals, and those experiencing Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs) under the direct supervision of Dr. Russell.
Edna Koraya, M.A.
Edna is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate behavioral and emotional challenges using CACREP-aligned, evidence-based practices under the clinical supervision of Dr. Russell.
Brandy Romero, M.A.
Brandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Intern in Florida, offering bilingual (English & Spanish) therapy primarily to young adults and adults. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help clients navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns under the clinical supervision of Dr. Russell.

DC is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, currently in the Doctoral Program at Florida State University studying Marriage and Family Therapy. DC specializes in couples counseling and marital issues and looks forward to working with you under the clinical supervision of Dr. Russell.
